Timber ridge is a great place to go camping!  There are several places that are very remote for great camping.  Firewood is readily available nearby for great campfires.  Miles and miles of trails for hiking and exploration, the Swimming Hole to take a dip in and 8 other ponds on the property to fish and investigate.

Prospective campers should register at The Lodge.  Camping does not require a membership but there are nightly fees of $10 per family.

Wip-or-Wil campground is across the gravel road from Whiting Woods State Park and has electricity and drive through camp sites available for 5th wheel and large motor homes.

There are other areas that offer electricity for campers as well.  Check at the Lodge for information and directions.
