TIMBER RIDGE NEWSLETTER
September 2003
From Richard and LaDonna:
The season is coming to a close and we have had another great year. We want to thank all of you for enjoying Timber Ridge this year. Also, remember if your memberships are due to get them paid. With the dry conditions Fireworks are only allowed at on the 4th of July and be extra careful with campfires. Always remember to ride slow, single file, and on the right. Richard has some orange trays he wants the members to use and put their name and campsite number on. This will allow people to find your site easier.
A correction needs to be made to the events schedule.
The Prime Rib feed is on October 25th, Saturday.
The previous newsletter was incorrect.
The chili feed is on Saturday, October 11.
A new shelter house is going to be built at the Ridge!
The new facility is going south of the present one by the kids track/air strip.
The present shelter house is for sale. Contact Bob Foulk about the price and particulars.
We need everyone's feedback!!!
Bob Foulk has agreed to build a 4 seat dune buggy for us to raffle off.
The profits would go towards the new shelter house. The tickets would cost $25. If this is something everyone would like to see happen, let Richard Bumann, Bob Foulk, or Troy Bumann know.
The winery is coming along. This year 3 more acres of grapes were added.
The answer to the trivia question in the last news letter is
"Brian's Disaster"
Remember to ride safe!
Ride slow and on the right!
Wear proper safety gear!

TIMBER RIDGE NEWSLETTER
June 2003
Memorial weekend was a great success. There was a great turn out for the poker run. The biggest we have had in years. Thanks to all those that participated. Anyone who did not participate or was unable to be at the Ridge, we hope to see you at the next event.
Richard and LaDonna would like to remind everyone that the crops are in, so stay out of the fields. Some of the fields are no-till. These fields look as if they are not planted….but they are!! Richard has started to clean up the Ridge. Old trailers and campers have to go. There is a junk dealer who will come and get these items. See Richard for more information. There are a lot of new members at the Ridge, so if you come across a new member introduce yourself.
Remember Richard and LaDonna are celebrating their 50th anniversary on June 22. Open house from 2pm to 4pm. No gifts please.

Timber Ridge Newsletter
Timber Ridge now has a web site. PEELOUT.NET Check it out. It is a great site. Todd Joyce is the member who takes care of the site. We are hoping this site will give members a place to chat and share stories and pictures of their fun at the Ridge.
Richard and LaDonna Bumann want to remind everyone to keep their memberships current. If yours is due, please send your dues. Remember that proof of insurance is required to ride at the Ridge. Richard and LaDonna must have this before you ride the trails.
